Seems to have been omitted from the devlog but I did set reps and Cannon did put in the player IDs. Admins can pick the ones pushed into the mod up from the Guard Station for distribution to the player factions. To my knowledge, there were only 5 of them in use although the system will accomodate 20 with only minor configuration changes serverside.
@Above, the technerf and rephack sheet is not symmetrical (although, for sake of ease, I've tried to keep it that way as much as possible). This is by design.
