No. You don't just "steal" stuff from a base or a "friendly" Order agent for that case, who happens to think it might had been a good idea to hand out Order tech (or whatever factions tech for that matter) to you because "you know him".

Somehow I don't see how this is fair and it honestly doesnt make any sense. I would like to enjoy the game the way I want and not by working for a faction and restricting myself that way
