subject: Patrol and incident report
During my first day patrol through Kusari territory, i had some incidents.
1. A Corsair Raven Claw "Skyelius" was trying to pirate in Shikoku. I received a distress call by a Zoner vessel and headed directly from New Tokio to Shigoku. The Zoner could dock safely at BB Myoko, where i found the Corsair. I ordered the Corsair to leave Kusari immediately, but got no answer. Right after my second order i decided to engage the Corsair and was supported by a Bounty Hunter Gunship "Janette". After a short chase through Shikoku, the Corsair left Kusari territory towards Sigma 13.
I recommend to ban him from Kusari territory forever.
2. Later I was on my way to Shikoku again, to support the KSP in a mission against the GC. On Shinagawa station, i stopped a Molly tagged ship "Admiral Doom" of an unknown class. I scanned its cargo and it was equipped with Gunboat class shields and weapons. The Molly was accompanied by a neutral trader "Seargent_Cross", so i scanned him too. No contraband. The trader claimed this Molly ship as his escort, so i offered the trader to escort him through Kusari space, while i ordered the Molly to leave Kusari immediately.
Suddenly the Molly started to pirate another passing, police tagged, Train. Right in front of my eyes!
The Train tried to run, been chased by the Molly and his trader companion. I followed them.
Near New Tokio, the chased Train was giving up, while this Molly pirate demanded his "Tax". I attacked the Molly at once, but my weapons were to weak, unable to bring down his shields.
While attacking the Molly, his companion trader started firing on me, so i switched the target and attacked the trader. I was near to bring down his shields, when he engaged his cruise engines. My cruise disrupters failed to stop him. In that time the Molly ship started firing on me too.
I chased the Trader til Shinagawa station, leaving the Molly behind. Then i gave up, because of the Mission i was demanded to asist. Remain of both ships is unknown.
I recomend to set both ships "Admiral Doom" and "Seargent_Cross" on the KOS list, because of pirating, denying direct orders given by Kusari authorities and the use of deadly force against Kusari authorities.
Note: A commander of a Kusari Destroyer Patrol must have slept, because they doesn't engaged the Molly vessel (ooc// something must be wrong with the reputation of Admiral DOOM, because military NPC's were ignoring him.)
I have brought shame to the KNF, when i was unable to stop open piracy in Kusari territory. Grand Admiral, please forgive a new ensign who has failed on his first day.
