aren t they the same? - the only difference is - the stationary battleships have their fingers on the triggerfinger like a player, but in contrast to a player, they have an infinite energy supply.

i tried the rheinland BBs and the bretonian and kusari BBs in beta 4 pvp server - and they were just like i thoguht they should be, - however, i am disappointed that the patrolling BBs are weak ( they just got a ton of armor )
