All stationary battleships are lethal, and I have a theory as to why...
For a start, they each use the gunboat forward gun, with modified speed values. Since they are on turret slots, they have good rotational angles.
There is no other explaination in my eyes.
This isn't just about bretonian stationary battleships, all of them are lethal. dodging at 400 m away from one of them just wont work, because im sure the speed values of the heavy guns have been upped to the usual 1600m/s of the other battleship guns.
Other battleships are just as accurate, or do more damage. Not sure about the Kusari ones though, never been shot by one (thank god). For instance, on a mk VIII armoured eagle, the battleship in NB around Bonn station takes 3/4 of its hull in a single shot.
However, in my personal opinion, they are too strong. Those guns should become slower, but not less powerful (the hard hitters) so they can still kill capital ships but be ineffective against fighters and bombers. In exchange, the patrol battlegroups should get better loadouts and more agressive AI... for all houses, not just bretonia or rheinland..
