ehm... I recall a fight with a GC Kusari gunboat closer than 400ms to the Nagumo in Kyushu two weeks ago.. and it hardly ever got hit by the BS.

Also if Razr and Desecrator can tell me how much damage did the Nagasaki do to them two days ago... I never saw it actually hit anything... and we were much closer than 400ms most of the time. I had the QCO Templar targeted.. and that one for sure didn't get any damage from the BS even though we flew around it.
