Right now there is no alliance between the Sails and the Harvesters but we are open to new opportunities. Obey our laws, stay out of Gamma (again, we are not friends/allies yet so your big ships are not allowed there), shoot our enemies and bring us supplies. That does not mean we'll be best buddies after you deliver a load of food to Cadiz, that only means we might reconsider our relations.
However, given the special relation Corsairs have with their technology I doubt we will even see you as our equals/friends/allies. If you prove yourselves useful we might keep you around but we will always see you as inferior and not worthy of our full respect.
