The current ongoing rp with the curacao treaty is about what Spacetime has stated which is also clear for all to see. Has been going on for at least 6 weeks. However real life pressures have been affecting all involved. Thus it is still being resolved.

If I had my way the talks would have been completed way before OS&C| gained Officiallity. Thus because of it started when it did, we will be only acting in the interests that we had then.

Lastly, about one of dabs comments.

Unfettered by colony law, Curacao is run by Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines as a pleasure planet where every whim and decadent urge is fulfilled. The only sound that can be heard over the lapping waves on its fabulous beaches is the tremendous outpouring of credits by its patrons. This is not a planet for the idle vacationer; it was established to cater to the affluent from Manhattan and Los Angeles who, in many cases, have more currency than morals.

In reality, Orbital has no want for any laws in Cortez. This is likely to be looked at in the future, but not in any current ongoing roleplay that is currently going on.

Next. CR. I am looking in to the private contact I had been given from yourselves. It is my personal hope that they are included (the faction) in the treaty. However it is likely to take time and productive actions in role play.
