"We will gladly permit the usage of this shiptype to all order staff, as long as the captain / pilot of the ship can be identified as an agent of the Order. (ooc// must be order ID, order IFF [or guard] )

in that case, we will also require a direct line to the 2nd fleet headquarter or command staff to confirm the validity of the claims.

at no time, sentitive data about the mission or detailed usage will be asked for or required. The fleets high command will be held directly responsible for its agents actions in that case.


to sum it up:

- the ship MUST be IFFed / IDed order ( not required if the high commands confirm that it is part of your mission NOT to have such colours )

and/or

- the 2nd fleet high command confirms your pilots / captains rank and mission ( actually - thats a "must have" anyway )
- if the 2nd fleet high command cannot confirm the crew / mission - the order| primary fleet can also do.

usual clauses for the contract will then match the usual terms for the "order", meaning that we trust the High Command to make a sensitive use of our ships.


so please provide us with a protocol from your superiors that confirm your mission / rank.
