This is an official census log, on behalf of the Freeport One Council.

All Freeport Residents, Freeport Transport Division, and Freeport Defense Force, are required to respond to this transmission beacon with the completed form, submitted below.

There is a form for each division - please fill out each individual form as per your classification, for ease of record keeping.

In the event a citizen is not recognized, and not authorized through S.K.Y.P.3. Communication Protocols, then Private Transmissions will be set with a contact address, to provide the information through secure channels.

For all ships bearing [FP1] Tags, please note this in your form.

Transmission will be open for 7 days - that is the deadline.
