Naturally, I called for backup from a nearby Kusari State Police unit whom himself brought an Umibozu as well as 2 other pilots also flying Umibozus.
The captain -had- to be drunk, for he was speaking of acquiring a cloaking device from somewhere in Honshu. We repeatedly told him to leave, wondering how he managed to get so deep into Kusari space in the first place.
He ended up straying too close to New Tokyo's atmosphere, disintegrating his ship into many large and small peices. Luckily, I called the New Tokyo Domestic Rescue Services and they picked up all survivors and managed to scrape away the debris from the upper atmosphere before it could cause damage to any properties or oceanic flora/fauna below.
Much later, I read the signals of numerous [KNF] as well as [KSP] ships in Kyushu, apparently hamering something of mass there...
I went to investigate and found a Blood Dragon Battleship as well as a flurry of our fighters and capital ships attacking the Dragon at range, and doing a good job of it.
