Salutes* Kommandant!
As for this patrol report, alone I moved across Berlin at once to recon the area of pirates in the system. I manged to find a lone pirate fighter between the trade lanes to Stuttgart, a duel erupted. Through the power of my Zeal the pirate was defeated he stood no chance at all in combating me at all. I returned to Battleship Strusberg where I was meet by Fähnrich Theo Sittlingen who organizing a Strike Force along with other Fliegers enlists to attack pirates in the Omega-7 that have disrupted local mining operations. I was given command of the Flieger's Enlists in the group. We moved into the Omega-7 and found that the comm reports were correct, there was 1 Gunboat and 1 bomber. We successfully combated the enemy force and the Gunboat was destoryed, but the bomber manged to slip away into the Omega-5 system and im sure we won't see the last of him yet. So, Im happy to say that mining operations in the Omega-7 system have been restored and there is once more order. After the battle the strike group was ordered to the Braunschweig system by Major Joachim Landers for Flieger training. On our way to the system we encountered two liberty civilian transports that were hauling Military Goods without the correct ID's, both ships were stopped and they cooperated and docked with Battleship Strausberg for removing their cargo and processing. When we reach the Braunschweig system all ships lined up and began field training, I trained Flieger Wolf Muller and taught him in combat what do, what to attack, what to avoid; I even instructed him what were the correct loadouts he should have in order to counter other enemy fighters/bomber. We manged to train the Flieger in the "PIT" which Wolf Muller was the last remaining fighter in battle, Im sure his skill will grow in time and he will be more deadly then ever. During other combat training in Braunschweig we received a distress call from a Kishiro transport in the Stuttgart system that was being attacked. So the Strike Group moved out to answer the call. We did arrive a bit little and the transport was destroyed but there were no crew casuaities. The attackers where a group of Hessains 2 figher classes and 1 bomber. We fought the group and killed 2 out of 3 of the hostile vessels, as for the remaining survivor he got away by moving into the nearby field. As for the transport the surviving crew were transportated back to Stuttgart. We made another partol to the Hamburg and Frankfurt system and after that we returned to Battleship Strausberg, there were no other hostile contacts. That's all.
