Actually, those ID's WERE rep-ninja'd a bit, based upon IMG rolling over and baring their throat to the GRN. The written 'history' stated that IMG, to preserve their corporation, gave docking rights to the GRN. That's why the GRN ships were able to dock at Holman - it was part of their 'deal'. Otherwise the GRN would have been hostile to everyone.

Or did no one notice that the GRN fighters and bombers were actually spawning at Java, for just that reason? :)
