NAME: Lancelot 'Lance' Howell

Birthplace: Meriweather Village, Planet Leeds

Short bio: Born on Leeds as the child of a maid in a plantaion house. During the beginning of the conflict between Bretonia and Kusari, he went off planet as a refugee, ending up on Holman Outpost in Tau 31. He met a man in a bar, the guy owned his own ship, offered him a job in exchange for a small ship of his own. Lance took the job, a mining job in Tau 23. Pulling Ore out of the 'roids was mindless work, but it paid well. It wasn't without danger, but as he made a name for himself in the area, and made a point of 'taking care of' those that most hated and feared, he found that he could indeed make great money, and be safe doing so.
Since the coming of the Gallian invaders, he has had more and more problems with the Royalists and their lackeys. As far as Lance is concerned they are all the same. Many fights and close calls have bred a dislike for anyone from Gallia.
His interactions with the pirates and other, 'unlawfuls' in Tau 23 also opened doors for him to attain rare and powerful weaponry and he has been tossing the idea of setting up a small dealership for these weapons.

Experience: Been mining Tau 23 Ore fields for many years.

* Note - I am not willing to relocate. I have been thru Dublin in the past, and the atmosphere there isn't suitable to my tastes. Thus, I offer to also build, or help build a division for Tau 23. I know the area better, I have already made many contacts (many of which like my location). These and more leave me more reason to stay than to leave.

I have supplied many of your pilots with ore in the past, before joinging FTU. At least three, (3) can verify that I have had over 10,000 units of Ore at any given time available in the past. All done alone with my Hegemon ship.

With the coming of these invasions, I have had more need for security. These dogs have no respect. Though I keep a number of retained security teams, their availability has become less and less due to other business. Thus I am looking to join an outfit.
