As is evident in the first two camera shots, the destroyed hostile assets technically belonged to the Order. After a recent verbal exchange between the latter's High Command and the Legion, it has been established that renegade Order elements may be purged by Legion forces should they endanger civilian or Legionnaire's lives. Operational doctrine will remain to first question the present commanding officers and then permit the Order elements departure out of Liberty space. Should they fail to comply, Fleet Command Officers and above have the authority to issue the extermination order. In case of hostile actions taken against any Legionnaires, the latter are cleared to retaliate with force as a self-defense measure if necessary even if not ordered to do so.
