Welp. I find that duel wield daggers is the way to go for speed and power. And uh, you can basically get bettter duel wield speed through the perk system and strength behind your stabs as well.

Blade of Woe + Mehrune Dagon's Razor = :ylove:

You can kill a Dragon in 3 hits with a dagger sneaking without any Dark Brotherhood gear. >.>

Always helps to have a bit of ancient armor.
