Removing CD from bomber can turn into another nail in the coffin of disco... I agree, bombers could be made a bit vulnerable for fighters, but not for caps.

Yeah, may be dual nova to much, may be. But bombers without CD... how they going to obey their main role- kill caps? If he couldn't stop him from running to base, by some nans/bats and continue fight. Fighters can stop them? Well, but holding caps from activating cruise drive shouldn't be their job. CD must stay. Bombers already has less chances to kill caps, which are spawning missiles and champing bases.
About pirating: If you were pirated by bomber, it's not option to remove CD from them. Same as removing nuke mines from fighters, because someone was killed by them, or removing battlerazors from GB, because, some players havent learned how to fly faster.
