Today i recieved a transmission from Hauptmann schmitt. She was going to do a sweep through texas so i joined up with her in my shiny new Bergelmir. In Bering we met up with the RNC-Dresden who moved into texas with us. after scouring around a seemingly empty system and just before we called it quits we spotted a lone LN gunboat just outside the Virginia gate. We proceeded to engage the gunboat which was initializing the locking codes for the Virginia gate. unfortunately the LABC that guards the gate was able to shoot down Hauptmann schmitt leaving just me and the dresden. we worked over the gunboat pretty good until the dresden found himself caught in the mines and was quickly shot down by the LN gunboat. i proceeded to keep punching away at the gunboat with AC's and Hellfire Rockets but the suppressive fire from the LABC was too much. I decided retreat was a better option than dying to such a puny member of the Liberty Navy. using my entire supply of countermeasures i was able to escape and returned to rheinland.

Recieved a call about a large Hessian Invasion force in Omega 7, the RNC had already moved in to engage the hessians but were being pummeled badly. Lt. Austerlitz was setting up a bomber squadron to engage the Hessian Vidar fleet. so i packed up and set out for Stuttgart where i rendezvoused with the leutinant. we were also joined by Feldwebel Weiss and the last remaining RNC. We jumped into Omega 7 and were faced with 7 Hessian cruisers. one by one we attacked the Vidars, part of the hessian fleet retreated but we stayed on the cruisers we were targetting, destroying the first and chasing the 2nd all the way to freistadt where he docked. we mopped up the last few hessian snubs that were left and headed back to stuttgart where myself and Fw. Weiss dispatched from the Lt. and met up with Gefreiter franck who was having trouble with a Unioner Gunboat. we were unsuccessful in defeating the gunboat and my ship was destroyed by the gunboats fire.
glad i have insurance on it. I had another one ready as soon as i limped back to the Mosselle. now Bomber training with feldwebel weiss at 2am.
