There is more that needs answering, yes.
Why do you think you can break the rules just because what you're doing makes sense to you? I even quoted Igiss' post on faction rules stating you cannot do what you are doing.

It's somewhat amusing though, I asked Gheis to come into the thread as an admin. He said nah, I had already covered it well enough when I quoted Igiss. I told him, that like everytime a faction is presented with evidence of breaking the rules, they'd ignore it.

So yeah, /summon Gheis.

Why Gheis when you can have Pancakes? I am more corrupt.

Anyway, Geeky, the factions' rules are crystal clear. you can't use the Kruger| tag, since it belong to the official faction, thus effectively making it part of the official faction and then in contradiction with the factions' rule.
