Rattler, reporting in.
Bobbi and I were planning on getting some intel on Virginia, start up the blockade plans, but I took off before her. I took off in my fighter, and saw a salvage frigate not far outside Ouray, just a freelancer. Not being able to do much, I told him to get out, and he did. I then headed to the New York gate, hoping to catch something while I was waiting. I was rewarded with a whale passing through, said his cargo, Boron, was headed to Honshu. At first he refused to drop it, but after I took down his shields, he started thinking and complied. Bobbi jumped in after this, and a LSC appeared at the NY gate. I said I would run back to Ouray and hop in a bomber, but at Ouray, I found a rogue Scylla. After hopping in a bomber and going after the Scylla instead, we chased it to Rochester where it docked. As we were about to leave, a Junker showed up, and we didn't pass up the chance to take care of him.
A Lane Hacker gunship also showed up, but the Hacker decided it would hide on Rochester as well. We finally started heading towards California, to look for the Virginia entrance there. After finding it, Bobbi took info on the location and will be reporting it soon. We then headed for Texas, and had much less looking to do as the huge minefield was a hint. Bobbi again took info on the location, getting pretty close to the defenses to do so. Both of us went into New York after that, searching for a bit more action. It was quiet at first, but we found a LSF LABC and a freelancer bomber there. I went after the LABC, and Bobbi went for the bomber, as it decided to help the LSF officer. I managed to hit the LABC with several novas, but was separated from Bobbi and it cruised away. Bobbi did get the bomber, scoring another kill. A rogue had appeared afterward, and Bobbi went after him. That fight didn't go as well, and she went down. I grabbed her pod and ran, but a pesky Navy officer decided to follow. After awhile, I shook him, and proceeded to Ouray ready to call it a day, but the Navy found me again, and thought it would be a good use of time to chase me all the way to Ouray. I did make it though, and docked safely. All in all, I'd say it was successful. Bobbi helped me quite a bit through it all, she's a good pilot. That's all for now.
