**I am very pleased in the announcement of the possible time tables for the reconstruction of the La Gloire and Triomphante...I commend the Councils efforts onto such on full regards of the Legione**

**When iet comes to the Mistral...We 'ave been able to restore most of iets systems, however several sub systems on iets forward gun and engines we do not 'ave the expertise to repair or reconstruct**

**Estimates from several of our engineers believe that wieth the right parts and Council expertize in such, the Mistral could be up and running wiethin 4 days, thus giving a more than reasonable delay on our cruisers repair status**

**I do not wiesh to push the Councils manpower further than iet can tolerate monsieur, so the best the Legione can do ies to supply the materials needed as before...I will also therefore be ordering half of the repair crews upon Valence and Montbard to head to Chalons wiethin the next 24 hours...Approximately 200 men to keep repairs on schedule and assist in Council repair teams while reconstruction continues...May they be Council or Legione projects**
