Background:
Years after the initial war with Rheinland, the Sigma system gas clouds have dwindled, calling for new, larger sources of Gas clouds to be found. Because almost all of known space has been claimed by other Factions, or simply lack decent gas supplies the GMG created a new sub-corporation that would work stand-alone from its parent corporation.
GMG Exploration, Expedition, and Acquisition Forces(Or Gcorp for short) was this corporation, their job is to seek out new sources of gas clouds in the deeper reaches of space and as the name suggests, acquire the usage of these clouds. Unlike the original GMG fleet, Gcorp is mainly made up of large capital ships, built to survive out in the far reaches of space with enough cargo space and fuel to house a minimal crew for weeks or even months before visiting a station to restock.
It's people under its employ are of many backgrounds. From simple scientist, to hauler captains and even of military or police background. They form together to create a self-sufficient team of specialists and experts in everything to do with the black.
While working out in Deep space, Gcorp has been helped by the Zoners several times and frequently visit their freeports, either to restock, repair or simply to relax. Even though Gcorp has gone out into the far reaches of space they have still yet to find a Gas cloud or nebula that would be of use to them.
For their last mission, they'll be heading for the deep Omicron systems.
Goals:
1.Secure uncharted systems for use of the GMG
2.Maintain security in these systems
3.Explore for Gas clouds and eventually set up a miner.
4.Supply Fuel and other commodities to Freeports and other communities.
Roleplay:
Because it's litterally impossible to find a proper gas cloud in the game that isn't currently being used, actual roleplay will be of nothing but imagination, with player ships acting more of escorts and patrols for the actual 'ships' exploring for gas clouds. But we do plan a few events based on gas clouds that will have much player involvement...

Friendly: Treat with respect unless deliberately getting in the way of Business, warned, then if continued, regrettably fired upon.
Neutral: Ignore, if attacked attack back. Interference with Gcorp business will not be tolerated.
Unfriendly: Warned not to interfere at first, if showing on scanner will demand what their business is, if no reply, removed forcefully from existence.
Hostile: Warned upon entering system not to interfere, if sighted, fired upon.
Ship naming:
Capital ships are given the (Capt.) rank, while Fighters etc are given the (Op.) rank.

All ships are allowed only if you have some sort of roleplay reason for flying it, even then its still prefered that you fly only neutral faction ships, never hostiles. It is even more preferred that you eventually upgrade to one of our ships.
