Because CR and Outcasts don't got to whatever is the homeworld of GRN or Crete to shoot them.

Tau Conquest

By the middle of 818 A.S., Gallic Royal Navy ships were heading through the mine field into the Orkney system. Warned about the impending danger by the Council, most of the IMG and some of the Outcasts chose to leave the system to avoid getting caught by the Navy. The Royal Navy stationed several battleships to guard the system and explored it thoroughly, finding two Jump Holes, one leading into Lewis, and the other to Tau-23.

The IMG were forced to agree to Gallia's terms mainly because of its overwhelming superiority in numbers. While having no intentions to violate the pact in the near future, most of the Guild considers it to be invalid due to Gallia's use of force, compelling them to agree against their will. It is a common belief that the IMG only abide by the deal to ensure the safety of their properties in the Taus. Some Guild members, however, see the pact as a way to drag Gallia into the Guild's war with the Outcasts and turn the tides of that conflict to the IMG's favor.

by the way...we not have Cors in enemies...they are white for us in rep and not our prime enemies like OC.

6 BS (4.2 bil cost of them) + cau 6 x 4 (760 mil) + 2 cau 8 ( 1.8bil) + guns at min 50 mil on each ship (300 mil)
3 cruisers with cau 6 and guns - near 1 bil
2 or 3 GB with cau and guns - 600 mil
and others ships. (near 500 mil)

who ready to pay this price? near 10 bil of credits and lot of time....
