The night was cold, snow was falling gently on the Tarmack as the Maintence crews where wheeling out the last of the Valkyries from there Gentle slumber in the hangers.

A ploom of Fog held around the heads of the pilots as they waited for the base commander to appear, there breath only adding to its growing mass. Valen had been wonder what had called him out at Three O'Clock in the morning.

Why had the Called us all out here, in flight uniforms, and full Arm our ships?

Valen had the sense that most of the other pilots where probably thinking the same thing." Hey man, know whats going on? " a fellow pilot asked. Valen just shook his head. How could he, noone know's whats going on. Just then a Millitary Pilot called everyone to attention as Col. Adolf Granz walked to the center of the Gathering.

" Boys, Its offical, as of twelve AM this morning, Liberty and Rheinland are ar war, Chanceller Pryde is no longer going to stand by and watch her people Die ". There was a hush over the group.

" Three liberty cruisers, a pair of gunboats and a Squadron of heavy fighters Attacked a Cruier group just outside the Westfallen, there was casualties, after ten minutes of fighting one of there gunboats Rammed the RNC Delfack, destroying the ship, all on board where killed, Sfter losing there gunboat screen and a cruiser they withdrew back to Texas." He then pulled out a manilla envelope out from under his jacket.

"These are our attack orders, we're to take three wings of fighters, and launch a full counter attack into Texas, the goal being that we cripple, if not destroy a Dreadnaught and its battlegroup in Orbit of planet houston, the Battleship RNC Graf Spee will be the battlegroup lead, you'll be in support of her, good luck men....."
