So basically, there's a status quo that we can't be allowed to change, is that what you're saying?
I get marked KoS almost every time I undock my BH Destroyer from Naha. Three times by gunboats (one killed me, two ran away when they realised they were biting more than they could chew), and a couple fighters.
I try my hardest to roleplay in sigma-13, the sector I have decided to defend... but it doesn't work. Tell a pirate to "halt, and we will escort from system" and he'll flat out ignore me and fly away. Fly too close to one and he'll just fire without warning.
I try my very hardest to get into RP, but the pirates I deal with alot just make that a little hard.
