2 questions about the mixtech nerf

1. Will factions with own bombers and fighters be made white to the BW cell?

Wouldn't it be fair (I love that word) that factions that have their own stuff to be made white to the BW fighters and bombers?

Hessians, Mollys, Rogues, Blood Dragons, Golden Chrysanthemum, Lane Hackers and Unioners are green to the BW tech and while the Sabre is getting nerfed I'm not sure the nerf will be enough to counter the fact that guns belonging to the factions I mentioned are balanced for their own ships. Also think about the LF's (and maybe HF's) which will get a speed buff in .86 and we might end up with everyone flying Scimitars with Natters or Daitos

2. Will ID's belonging to factions with own bombers and fighters be made white to Civilian ships?

Thats actually quite a reasonable question although I'm not sure how easy it would be to set up.
If your faction has no ship in a specific class (LF for example), will civilian or BW light fighters be allowed on that particular ID without being nerfed?
Is this even possible?
