Kaiserliche Rheinwehr Hall of Decorations


Iron Cross

The Iron Cross is the oldest and most iconic decoration awarded for bravery, heroism and valor within the Rheinland Military. A common decoration it may be, but it serves as an adequate token for the recognition of field performance beyond the call of duty..

Awarded for: Valor and exceptional performance in battle. 10 active flight hours in a month. (Second Class)
Iron Cross 2nd class required; 5 confirmed kills required since Iron Cross 2nd class has been awarded. 15 active flight hours in a month (First Class)

Hero of Rheinland Medal

Issued by the Kaiser and the Reichskanzler himself, the Hero of Rheinland medal is the highest and most honoring award a Rheinland soldier or civilian can ever achieve. It serves as a recognition for the life-long productive commitment for the prosperity and welfare of Rheinland, in combat, in politics, or even both. Only a few Rheinland citizens ever received this decoration, chiefly former or still acting high-ranking officers of the Rheinland Military.

Awarded for: Long-term service and excellence at combat, leadership and paperwork.

Introduced just as the war with Liberty began, the Liberty Warfare Ribbon serves to distinguish those who spent a large portion of their military career with risking their lives for the Vaterland on the Libertonian front. Military personnel awarded with this decoration are recognized all around Rheinland as experienced and fearsome warriors trained in the fires of war. The Liberty Warfare Ribbon is divided in bronze, silver and gold.

Awarded for: 5 confrontations with Liberty forces (Bronze)
10 confrontations with Liberty forces (Silver)
15 confrontations with Liberty forces (Gold)

Kusari Kreuz

Introduced during the Kusarian War, the Kusari Kreuz serves to distinguish those who spent a large portion of their military career with risking their lives for the Vaterland on the Kusarian front. Military personnel awarded with this decoration are recognized all around Rheinland as experienced and fearsome warriors trained in the fires of war. The Kusari Kruez is divided in bronze, silver and gold.

Awarded for: 5 confrontations with Kusari forces (Bronze)
10 confrontations with Kusari forces (Silver)
15 confrontations with Kusari forces (Gold)

Being a pilot for the Vaterland consists of more than just fighting. The Nachrichtendienst Ribbon is awarded to those who take special care in writing their reports to the Oberkommando. The Nachrichtendienst Ribbon is divided in bronze, silver and gold.

Awarded for: 10 reports filed in. (Bronze)
20 reports filed in. (Silver)
30 reports filed in. (Gold)

Vaterland Defense Ribbon

In the recent years, the different terrorists seeking to disrupt the integrity of Rheinland have gained considerable technological developments, manning ships up to battleship-class. Often enough, the Rheinland Military is summoned to deal with internal law-preserving duties. In 808, the High Command decided to enact an award for those soldiers who have to deal with terrorist fleets threatening the Vaterland. The Vaterland Defense Ribbon is divided in bronze, silver and gold.

Awarded for: 5 confrontations with Red Hessian, Bundschuh, LWB, SCRA or Unioner
forces within Rheinland sovereign territory (Bronze)
10 confrontations with Red Hessian, Bundschuh, LWB, SCRA or Unioner
forces within Rheinland sovereign territory (Silver)
15 confrontations with Red Hessian, Bundschuh, LWB, SCRA or Unioner
forces within Rheinland sovereign territory (Gold)
