Y'know, your factions are mostly fine and dandy, but I would honestly consider you to stop creating new ones at a pace like that.
Instead, you could try to actually...Iunno', stick with one and actually work it out properly. Right now it appears that you put zero dedication into the creation of all these factions, especially since they all die a few weeks later. That's the point when you start a new one.
