Lack of Outcasts

Maybe you're looking at wrong time zones?
I remember daily T23 raids when outcasts used to bring at least 5 battleships, as many gunboats and up to 10 fighters against few Nyxes, then shoot everything in range.
But I gotta admit, Ages Since I saw big Gamma raid made by outcasts..Nowadays gamma's attacked only by SCRA/RHA/Moneyhungry mercenaries.
'sair raids have ceased to exist too..

Well.... Outcasts are still in number but many people are preparing their GRN chars for .86

I actually have seen quite a bit of Sair raids within the past 2 weeks, about 5 of them. I've personally been in 3 of them. And i remember that one about a few weeks ago in which the GRN, BHG, and Corsairs allied (wtf? I know right) with one another to take down the Outcasts... i remember seeing around 20 battleships spamming mortars at Malta near the end....
