Considering some... circumstances, it's not surprising.

John Frederic Northester, I guess you're not ready to join us yet.
Reapply when you believe that you are ready. It means that you should be able to
communicate properly. I didn't make out much in your application.

Ray Stantz, in my opinion, you're not ready to join us either.
You are almost ready, but not fully ready, if you catch my drift. Some more dedication
put into the next application, and you'll make it.

I have to add... Most applications tend to get rejected for the third section which isn't
written properly. Just in case.
