And what's wrong if it was done for pvp?

Besides, what rational thinking character (inRP) wouldn't want to have an edge over his enemies if he's combat orantied. Expecially important for all kinds of mercinaries?

Moreover, why it's always assumed that if someone uses other faction's guns on other faction's ships it will be OP as a rule of thumb? That is stupid.
