I have a new question to drop here... does this throw away the tech chart? Or are some of the cells 'taken into consideration' by the nerfBot?

I was right now settin up a zoner tagged Kaichou bomber and was trying to guess that one out...

I guess my question is if nerfBot will difference between green cells, white cells, purple cells, and red cells, or if it's gonna nerf just anything not civilian or from the faction you belong to.
