Fact is. 3 fighters can't stop 2 bombers (by killing 1) before they take down a capital ship.
And that should be what fighters do. Massacre the bombers.
Explain it to me, how are the bombers better now in killing fighters?
Yes, some bombers are better, like BHG, or Kusari, because they have 5 guns + agile as hell.
But not all in global.
That's one of the problems.
Second problem is that fighter battles take too long. They do, really.
You fought me there, in 23, and it took 30 mins to do nothing. Nothing at all.
You even asked me why i'm camping shield.
It's a legit tactic (boring, yes, i know, but legic, yup).
If we continued it, we could have fought for hours, without doing damage to each other.
Because, we both had small ships, hard to hit.
I had slow weps as well, almost impossible to hit a BD with them.
But even if i had fast weps, it would take me a year to kill a BD that doesn't like the idea of dying.
Yes, i know, if i had missiles, mines etc, i would maybe speed the battle up a bit.
But i used them all before, while killing your BD bomber.
Anyway, i had like 2,3 fights a day that lasted for 1h+, and i am really bored with that.
It's not the problem if i get killed, it's a problem i'm getting killed for hours!
So, no, i'm not crying because i can't kill anything, i'm crying because I (and i believe i'm not the only one) can't have 3h long battles every day.
I simply don't have the time for that.
And it is not really realistic, as far as i know.
