subject: patrol and engagement report
A few days ago i had another routine patrol.
First enemy encounters i had on Holman Outpost and Battleship Nagasaki. A Blood Dragon Fighter (BLS Zapp), accompanied by an SF bretonian gunboat were attacking me immediately, when i was leaving Holman Outpost.
I made the tactical decision to lure both within range of our glorious battleship. The SF gunboat suffered heavy damages and was avoiding destruction, by leaving the scene towards Leeds. The BLS fighter was going out of range of the Nagasaki and i followed him. In the dogfight i was outmanoeuvered several times and soon had a shortage of bats and bots. So i returned to the Nagasaki to lure this BLS fighter ace within range once more.
The BLS pilot rcognized been outgunned and was retreating towards Tau 23. I docked on the Nagasaki and made my report, while engineers repaired the small damages and filled up bats and bots.
Soon i continued my patrol without enemy encounters. Finally i was moving right in front of New Tokio to scan traders for contraband.
Twenty minutes later, my scanners picked the IFF of the infamous Blood Dragon gunboat "Telicaster". It was comming closer very fast, using the trade lane from Shinjuku station to New Tokio. I prepared my fighter to attack this Blood Dragon vessel, to help the present traders to dock safely on the nearby Roppongi station and New Tokio.
With my single fighter i was in a hopeless situation against this well equipped gunboat and made a distress call for reinforcements and support. Soon 2 Kusari bombers of our brethren in mind (BD Society) "Haruto_Foo" and "Takata_Ran" were launching from the planet and together we were able to turn the tide of this fight. The "Telicasters" crew fought honourable for Blood Dragons, but this time they were in a hopeless situation.
The result was another great victory of Kusari against those pirates and terrorists. The {BD} bombers left the scene soon, but i promised them, their help will be not forgotten. I recommend to enforce the military support of our brethren.
I was demanding for repair ships to salvage the remnants and escapepods of the "Telicaster". Unfortunately the escapepod of the "Telicasters" commander, managed to flee and i've not found any traces. Maybe it was using a kind of a cloak device.
Later i have finished my patrol on the Nagumo without any further incidents.
