As I understand it (assuming I understand it at all), this is because we're still in the beta version.

We have 48.60 now. As we get small updates along the way, it'll change to 48.61, 48.62, 48.63, etc.

Once we get a "stable" version of the mod, I'd expect it'll become 4.86.

Or I could be absolutely wrong. But this is how I remember all the betas of 4.85 working out.
