Yes, you shot one Outcast down. And when the last =BSG= fled, did you continue attacking them? Nah, mass suicide. Very perfect RP.
We didn't cooperate with any Mercs or Corsairs. The only Corsairs we do cooperate are TBH and Benitez.
Others are not our concern, and are neutral to us. They weren't grouped with us either.
