AI ID / SRP Question

Well that's the thing. We can't. The AI ID says you can engage only in self defense. This means you'd have to be seriously annoying your enemy for him to make the first move.

My opinion is that.. some of the IDs from way back when like in 4.84, never really needed to be changed. There was no problem. But now we have these discussions.. when we really shouldn't be having them.

Though Leo, this AI ID was actually kept for the most part the same from near the end of 4.85 when cannon allowed AI ID usage. It was modified then to being defense only. Which, still in my opinion was a bad move. The ID needs less restrictions but definitely not 'full' freedom.

Oh no I agree, Death. Full freedom would be bad for ANY ID. I'm just saying bring the restrictions on it down a little bit. I can see a fraction of why it was done to be honest, but it's kinda cramping my style as far as my RP goes. The question was answered as far as the terrorist ID goes. I would just have to show proof of my RP before requesting the actual ID in game, which I am doing now.

Just a little bit depressing I had that SRP request all written out back in the day and now it's *poof*. All well, makes it more fun to actually re-write the RP out again. Sounds like fun!
