You'd be looking for the "Pachyderme" Gallic Advanced Train. It's sold in the following places:

Fourchambault Shipyard in Berry
Laval Shipyard in Maine
Metz Station in Lorraine
Romorantin Space Port in Orleanais
Sarcelles Shipping Facility in Ile-de-France

I imagine you'll need a Gallic Corporate ID to fly one.
