THIS IS A GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT.

All general access Capital Ships are subject to loadout changes.
Cruisers are changeable, however please discuss the loadout with
others that have access. That, or discuss it with any high command
member, or me. Battleships and Dreadnoughts may only have their
loadout's changed after discussion with High Command, or myself.
A detailed section of the loadout of every general access Capital Ship as of now is as follows.

Also, it appears Hank Nero is a little misguided, and his landed himself in one of LA's Jail cells. I'll give more info when it appears, but apparently there was some 'drunken disorderly conduct'.
