4.86 Server upgrade status

Update 1 has improved server stability by an order of magnitude. On average it runs for 3 hours and at the time of posting this note the server has run for 11 hours without interruption.

There remain a number of critical bugs and we're working on these as quickly as possible. We have fixes in progress for the BS missile problems and understand the causes of most of the Freelancer crashes.

Once the Freelancer CTDs are addressed and another update is out for this, the development team will focus on resolving the other issues.

I also hope to restore the lost omicron minor ships and fix ships for people who are stuck in bases within the next week.
