Internal runs between Leon and Skiros or the O94 bases (artifacts to Leon, consumer goods back).

There are possibilities if you look for them. Corsairs aren't a trade faction however, they are primarily pirates.

They were primarily pirates. It's entire nation with all it's culture, tradition, social structure and infrastructure. Just becouse it's represented by one npc faction doesn't mean it's simply "pirates". Crete is not some hideout for criminals like some bases of rogues are.
