Why would it bother you? You're not supposed to go anywhere you like. You're supposed to stick to the jurisdiction that's given to you in the game itself. Kane made the right call when he came in to Liberty to tell you guys off. Think about it, from everything that has been said before, why would a Corsair be in Liberty for any reason other then "I like shooting them", eh?:dry:

You are quite right about there being no Corsair NPCs in Rhindland but theres allot of information (ingame news and rumors) that state that Corsairs have plans for Rhineland (Road to Rhindland), we also occupy systems adjacent to Rhindland controlled systems like Sig 13.

But your right Corsairs shouldn't really be there that often. Same with Outcasts really.
