Allies: Blood Dragons, Zoners
Enemies: Nomads, BHG, Outcasts

Reasoning: As we are no longer allied with Corsairs (and Hogosha deal is long dead if there was any) our repsheet should be changed to reflect our current allies. About enemies we do not hunt Liberty Navy actively, specialy not raid New York in battleships... on other hand we initiated more open hostility towards Outcasts due to their connections with Nomads.

ID wise:

Personaly we request ability to demand and destroy vessels carrying any alien material or technology Sirius wide. Order is careful with Nomad technology and will intend to control it's access as best as possible for 'civilians own safety'.

2. Can hunt pirates and terrorists within the Omicrons.

Can we have definition of 'terrorist'?

3. Can freely engage Nomad, Wild and BHG Core players in Omicrons, Alaska and Tohoku

I request to uptate it Sirius wide, specialy that we intend to operate such and Wilde system warped into Taus...

4. Cannot participate in unlawful action except as described above

5. Cannot use any transports with more than 3500 cargo.
