New cloak tehnology

After many attempts(i mean failures) that many of you had an opportunity to see for past few months, good crew of Weapons Research Ship Ticandoroga were finally able to stabilize cloak generator power input after reaching 75%. This eneabled ship to cloak for full 5 seconds. This is prototype civilian tehnology and does not function like those military cloaks. Research on this will be continued for next the few months.

This is the result so far.

That's pretty impressive, and doesn't seem to be too bad to other since the cloaked ship can still be spotted with its outline.

Make it so that you can't fire and perhaps even engage cruise engines and ya might even have a balanced cloak system for Discovery ;)
