Meh, my mistake. I shouldn't have let it pass through without it. It completely left the DRV's Brain Train. I'll just put it here for now though.
Goals:
Short term: Make money; spread cardimine influence all over Sirius
Long term: Restore full power to the outcast nation, making them feared like never before; become a sub-nation of the outcasts
