thats why i ask here,because i hope i will get answers from the other side (lsf) so now when you scan me,hunt me etc,i am wanted,that is ok.but what when you see me on scanner,on distance for example 12k,you order meto stop but i escape,and oyu can not stop me or scan me,when i come to liberty after hour,i am on KoS or i have clean shield and everything is on beggining?(order to stop,try to scan etc.)

Ok if you are never scanned that is fair enough, You were placed as KoS for refusal to stop. When you fid return you were not killed on sight you were stopped even though I had to case you. I demanded you drop your artifact and you dropped one and left another 4000 on board. You opened fire on me then managed to get into cruise after 10 attempts. you were then chased out of Liberty with the Artifacts in your hold. You are now a wanted criminal.

As was mentioned RM do this all the time and its not an issue. Lazy cops? I chase a guy for 20 mins and I am lazy. He's been caught he is KoS. If you want to smuggle DO NOT get caught. If you are do not be surprised that the law now wannts you! Smuggling is about being sneaky not cruising by the law speed docking then saying "Wahoo I made it and now I am free to do as I please!"

Regarding the first incident the player was warned what would happen. No you cannot commit a crime under our nose dock then say "wahoo up yours copper I made and now thats that!" The first incident involved no scan taken, it was because he failed to obey a military command.

He was caught and he will be fined eventually. He's a wanted man.

LSF is mostly fighters, so thats seems irrelevant to be honest. The OP was regarding a criminal who was being chased and sped right past our flagship to speed dock on Manhattan. You know what you are right out flagship should have planet dived instead of opening fire!

Smugglers are not stopped for just having a smuggler ID, they have to have contraband. I would prefer they just used trader ID's as well instead of broadcasting they are a smuggler. Seems silly to me.
