If a commodity was created to reflect Samura foodstuffs grown on Kyushu, what should it be and why?

Organic Rice?

And apparently the food grown by the traditional farmers of Kyushu is very high quality, but young people in Kusari prefer exotic synth tastes instead, putting a lot of them out of business, which has led to the formation of the Farmers Alliance, who are backed by Samura (the main employer of said farmers and producer of said food).
