I was at that hole AFK as I had a small domestic emergency. The moment I return I barely had time to type more then : shhh, was trying to read the usual, normal, and uninspired bully speach mandatory before engaging somebody just because you think it was funny, and then bam! You started shooting, I tried to evade and get out of there , was barely seated yet, or I could have put up some fight. But no, one lucky snac shot and I was killed and lost valuable gear I had been collecting, 3 codes and some au8.
Of course I was extremly anoyed, wouldnt anybody? And that is why you did, just to make somebody day bad, because you could, you knew what was in my hold and you probably gloated to your friends after. All in all , bully playground demeneor.
No bounty, no smuggling ofense, nothing that could justify that . At all, just a bunch of players that thought : "oh there is a junker there, they normaly an easy kill".
So no, not legit, not legal , just a bully act.
Normaly, in a regular faction, we would have you hunted like vermin, this is the congress, not going to happen , and that is why you did it.
That would be the next level and the propper answer to your actions. Unfortunately , your education will have to wait until you actually mess with somebody that will not tolerate that kind of behaviour, and that would actually defend their members, and that is why, I realise it now, it is useless to even bother answering you or ask the congress to defend his member.
