Gaians are not 'Bretonian' anymore

I get the feeling that you are not very interested in understanding what other people say, but...

Very well...

There are many who believe that just because the Gaians are based in Bretonia they have to act & look like Bretonians...why is that?

Once a person joins the Gaians, they effectively renounce their citizenship & I've no clue why people would assume that a Gaian would feel any obligation of patriotism to a gov't that would sooner see them dead than look at 'em.

"Act and look like Bretonians" isnt necessarily a choice that you make, and it isnt about being in line with the government. Its about being what you are and coming from where you come from.

Gaians might not be "patriotic" towards their goverment (patriotic doenst have to mean you like your goverment, but whatever...), but there is still more that binds them to Bretonia than to other houses.

Of course you can say your particular gaian isnt bretonian... you are free to say so... but in essence, gaians come from bretonia, and have a bretonian back ground. You can still side with your nation in some aspects, without siding with the government and everything they do.
