Closed Factions IDs= Terrorist IDs?

I'm also the second person in this thread who hear about the <strike>power</strike> order ranger id for the first time. If it's open then it's np. Order used to be a worldwide faction and i was surprised to find the new ID to be mercilessly restricted. I guess it's some kind of Order Id that allows Order to travel around sirius and to do order stuff but without osiris, if so then it's k.

Order can still go anywhere, simply act in a defensive manner. In the places the order wanted to go they would only attack Nomads/Wild anyway, and nomads/wild will and should attack them so they can defend themselves, I just fail to see the problem.

This ID is an alternative (though I don't fully agree with it) RP opportunity.
